Towards a common model for European poetry: Challenges and solutions

Abstract This paper stems from the analysis of multiple poetic resources that were available online, as well results methodological discussions with scholars European Literature. The goal was to retrieve informational needs all these different sources in order build a common data model for Poetry (EP). Thus, by implementing reverse engineering method, we have created Domain Model EP, which is an important breakthrough making existent poetry interoperable. lack uniform academic approach analyse and classify manifestations, divergence theories when comparing schools languages periods some factors hinder modelling process. In this paper, will present challenges encountered while conceptualizing information relevant how worked around them. Some elements ontology be presented illustrate our strategies.
